Welcome to the "Elementary Principles about Christ" series- “Eternal Judgment”. There is a heaven to be gained and a hell to be shunned. The spiritual realm is more real than this material world we make contact with through our physical bodies. The good news it that by making Jesus one’s personal Lord and Savior, we can spend eternity with Him in His presence. The alternative is being banished into an eternal state of torment shut out from the presence of God- the choice is ours, please choose life by choosing Jesus.
John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
- Hebrews 6:2, “… and eternal judgment.”
- Judgment: for those who are condemned in a court of law resulting in punishment
o Romans 1:32; 5:16; 1 Peter 4:17-18; Revelation 14:6-7
o Gr: to go to law, decision for/or against based on a crime- to avenge, condemn
